Intellectual Property

All photos, text, logos, and site content belong to Amanda Gray Photography, LLC and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

Booking and Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your session.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the session date.

• Late arrivals or cancellations within 48 hours may result in rescheduling fees.

Image Delivery and Licensing

• You’ll receive edited, high-resolution digital files within the time frame discussed at booking.

• Images are for personal use only unless you’ve received written permission for commercial or editorial use.

• Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution is prohibited.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive on time and follow guidance to help sessions run smoothly.

• Communicate any concerns or needs before or during the shoot.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Technical problems (weather, equipment malfunction, etc.).

• Lost or corrupted image files due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Personal dissatisfaction based on factors outside our control (e.g., outfit choice, weather conditions, etc.).

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or scrape website content.

• Interfere with or try to bypass site security features.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be handled in Oklahoma County courts.
